Masterclass Booking, Cancellation and Transfer Terms

These terms apply to registrations for face-to-face Masterclasses conducted by C-Suite Insurance Academy. By completing a registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Registration and Payment

Your place in a Masterclass is confirmed once your registration and payment have been successfully completed, unless otherwise agreed with C-Suite Insurance Academy.

Places are limited and registrations are subject to availability.

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation by a Participant

We understand that circumstances can change.

• 14 days or more before the Masterclass: You will receive a full refund.
• 7-13 days before the Masterclass: You will receive a 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the Masterclass: No standard refund will apply.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to C-Suite Insurance Academy.

These cancellation terms do not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Transfer to Another Participant

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another suitable participant from your organisation at no additional charge.

Please notify C-Suite Insurance Academy of the replacement participant’s details at least 24 hours before the Masterclass commences.

The replacement participant will be required to provide any necessary registration and dietary information and agree to these Booking, Cancellation and Transfer Terms.

4. Postponement or Rescheduling by C-Suite Insurance Academy

C-Suite Insurance Academy may occasionally need to postpone or reschedule a Masterclass due to circumstances including insufficient participant numbers, presenter illness, venue issues or other circumstances that make it impractical to deliver the Masterclass as scheduled.

If a Masterclass is postponed or rescheduled, registered participants will be offered the choice of:

• Transferring their registration to the rescheduled Masterclass date; or
• Receiving a full refund of the Masterclass registration fee paid.

Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable if a Masterclass needs to be postponed or rescheduled.

5. Cancellation by C-Suite Insurance Academy

If C-Suite Insurance Academy cancels a Masterclass and does not offer a suitable rescheduled date, participants will receive a full refund of the Masterclass registration fee paid.

6. Travel and Other Expenses

Participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

To the extent permitted by law, C-Suite Insurance Academy is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by a participant as a result of a Masterclass being postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.

For this reason, participants may wish to consider flexible or refundable travel and accommodation arrangements.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Changes to the Masterclass

C-Suite Insurance Academy may make reasonable changes to the Masterclass content, timetable, venue or delivery arrangements where necessary.

Any material change that affects registered participants will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. Participant Information

Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration details and advising C-Suite Insurance Academy of any relevant dietary requirements.

Personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with the C-Suite Insurance Academy Privacy Policy.
